A controverial novel, Lolita is a literary novel about a man's erotic love for his young step-daughter.

When he meets Dolores Haze, a twelve year old nymphet as he calls her, he begins to feel a strong sexual pull towards her. Artistic

It is the one the best books, you will come across which is at the same time poetic, artisitc, have a great story and involving.
If you are thinking about reading this book in a bus or somewhere crowded. Don't. You will kill the book. Read with full involvement and relish each and every word. I enjoyed the book so much that I willingly went slow with the book so that I could read it for more days.
Simply Amazing, Just Don't hand it over to your kid.

A deeply felt and a profound novel

The first time when I heard about the book was when I was in school, but never had a chance to read it through, albeit in bits and pieces from the school library collection. Now after so many years reading and examining one of toughest novels like Lolita was quiet interesting. To be able to say that for the sake of love if one is wanting to demolishing one's own set of values, morals and the stated norms of love that one grew up feeling comfortable in is, strictly speaking, something of a no-...

    Lo.Lee.Ta

"Lolita, light of my life, fire of my loins. My sin, my soul. Lo-Lee-Ta.The tip of the tongue taking a trip of three steps..."
This is a gem of a book.
I read it once, and I am reading it again. Somehow the book has managed to become even more beautiful and entertaining.
An absolute must-read to anyone who loves reading.
Despite the controversial subject matter of the novel, Lolita is a comedy, and simply, a joy to read.

    lo lee ta

To put it in a nutshell, its a beautiful book. The language used here is just amazing, beautiful and genius. Given that English is the authors second language, he still owns it and makes love to it. the words he uses to tell his story perfectly conveys the various emotions expressed here directly to the core of your heart.I felt his pain and fears. like i was actually there near him in the room and in his trips. Im not going to comment on the content the book is about cause quiet frankly you a...
