Looking Back Looking Beyond  (English, Paperback, Bhagwat Sangeeta S.)

Nine young friends find themselves in a secluded retreat where they are invited by ace storyteller, Areen, to participate in a kind of game he has made out of his fine gift of storytelling. The youngsters relate to the stories personally, and are moved to sharing what they feel about them. In the process, they are reminded of the relationship challenges they have encountered in their own lives and are often also found voicing their disagreement with certain aspects of Areen’s stories. Encouraged by him at the end of his stories, they undertake an insightful exploration of their identity, purpose in life, relationships, the values they need to uphold, and everything that makes life more meaningful.

About the Author
Sangeeta S. Bhagwat likes to describe herself as an Inner Landscape Artist. Focusing on inner work to bring about outer change, she facilitates healing and transformation in individuals and groups. She has alternated between being an author and a Life Coach, since 1991.

Overcoming various personal challenges from an early age has helped Sangeeta build the compassion, understanding and strength required for inner work. She specialises in helping community and thought leaders in actualising their fullest potentials.

Since 2004, she has facilitated workshops to empower people to deal with their individual, emotional and physical problems. Sangeeta has authored several articles, blogs and four other books on healing and self-empowerment. Her first book was translated into Marathi and her book on Emotional Freedom Techniques has been translated and published in Latvian.
