I am writing in for the NTH time for the same query. Today, i am just going to summarize my conversation with your call center executives:

1. I called at 09:48 am - Went through the IVR, waiting for someone to answer and call was disconnected
2.Called at 09:52 am - Went through IVR, got hold of an agent. Explained the situation and she disconnected the call.
3. Called again at 09:57 am - THIS TIME I WAS ON PHONE FOR 47 MINUTES -

So I got the lipstick just yesterday and it was very smooth in application and looks saucy on lips. A very nice colour and does suits the Indian skin tones.

I was a bit disappointed when I saw the shell life as it is going to expire in a year. Usually lipsticks have 3 years of shelf life but I guess I didn't receive a fresh stock and hence just a year more. Would be nice if the sellers see that they send fresh stock. 4 star for the product alone. And just a 2 star rating for the sellers

Bright and amazing that this lipstick is. It makes your lips look fuller and lustorious. I had a great experience putting this on. Lonlasting! This is exactly what you expect from a brand like Loreal. They never fail to serve below what is expected from them.
