I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Good one
It is good as a product. But I was disappointed because I was mislead by the picture of this particular color. I was expecting non-glittered lip gloss looking at this picture where as it is actually glittered one.

Nice
It was a very unusual shade, Golden Mango - 39, something i never had. So i decided to give it a try and was not disappointed. I loved the gloss for its shimmer and golden-yellow tinge. Also like the fragrance it leaves on your lips. Good to wear in the day time.
