I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

actually a sweet film !!
somebody told me to watch it!.. i dint get it y...but just bought it casually and watched even more casually but it turned out quite good..i realised after watching that every film whether small or big on budget has an equal hardwork involved..!! if you like sweet romantic films with a hint of comedy you may appreciate it :-)
