Love Virtually is an unusual, compelling and contemporary love story of two strangers.
Summary of the Book
Love Virtually is a beautiful love story by Daniel Glattauer. It follows the lives of two strangers, Leo and Emmi, who end up becoming more than virtual friends. It happens by chance: Leo receives several emails in error from a mysterious woman called Emmi. After getting several emails, he replies and Emmi writes back apologizing for the inconvenience. After a few brief and witty exchanges, they soon start exchanging emails on a regular basis. Soon Emmi and Leo start sharing their deepest and darkest secrets and longings with each other. They are uncontrollably attracted towards each other and it seems only a matter of time before they decide to meet in person. But both of them keep putting off the moment because the prospect is extremely exciting and unsettling at same time. And, Emmi has been happily married for such a long time now! Will Leo and Emmi muster up the courage to meet each other in person and take their relationship to the next level?
