A Journey of War, Humiliation and Love

This novel is different from other romance novel. A tale of War, humiliation and Love from Prayag to Gangotri, moments revisited, relived in the writing of Nitin. His writing sparks the avid traveler inside me to break the boundaries and start doing what I love and wanted to perceive in this small lifetime. Keep up the good writing brother and all the best for a bright future.

Really Nice book to read...Great concept

Nitin has done a great job on this book. One person can easily find out his research on historical places while reading book. His toughts about love are very well expressed in this book. He righlty said in epilouge that "Travelling is not just about visiting places.its much more than that". and you must agree after reading this book. A letter by Umrao for captain Aviral is just heart touching. I hope Nitin will come with another good book.

An Emotional and heart touching book

This is Another book whose title facinated me so much. When you love someone, You can Easily understood the unspoken Words of the person. This is a story which takes you to the journey of love. The relationship between captain Avril and Umrao was very nicely described by the Author. I really enjoyed reading this book in a flow. The climax as well as starting was bit emotional which made me cry also. I also enjoyed reading the history of Historical places which we used to read in history durin...

    history book!!!!!

book has a very good story in it..
but for ppl lik me whu hate history subject , beware dont read it..
i had to flip many pages , where there were so much description of places than the actual story of the book. it was nt like the story book , rather like a history book that reminds me of my 10th grade..
worth reading once! true concepts of love depicted..

    Love of Journey

I usually resist myself to be a reviewer of anything because i feel that every word one says about something or someone generates a bias for the same. Nevertheless I had bought this book as I know the writer not intensively but to some extent.
I want to say that, to write and to be a writer are totally different things and the distinction between writing out of hobby and being professional is poles apart.
When I started reading this novel I expected a lot from it. May be that was my fault. Bu...

    A great read!!

I don't know how to put in a good review for a book. But, there is a sentence in this book that I feel is the highlight of the book itself - "I believe in you, I believe in God, and above all, I believe in love."

    A piece of c**p

The story feels like a crappy bolly flick, the title of book is not well thought, i mean i can describe the story in 3 lines- Aviral becomes driver for Umrao, falls in love, finds - oh gosh!! she is a "street women", she dies.Basically that's the story and rest of the pages are filled with historical data from NCERT books their are a lot of grammatical mistakes.
The only star i have given is for the cover :P
