I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Pretty good!
1. On the positive side, there is enough space for two lenses (one lens and flash), apart from the standard DSLR Kit, 18-55 lens, batter, charger etc. The upper compartment has lots of space considering this is primarily a camera backpack. Mp3 player, couple of books, water bottle, and other such junk, can easily be stored. Not too expensive. If you can afford a DSLR and an extra lens, you can afford this.
And it looks pretty good.
2. But anything other than the standard lens, such as 55-200, 55-300, 70-200 etc. (or any other lens bigger in size than the standard kit lens) will necessarily have to be detached while storing/packing the bag. Also, the bag does not adhere to your whims and fancies, and it is not easy to unpack the lens if you are on the move intending to take a photo at a moment's notice, or if you plan to take a photo using any lens other than the standard kit lens.
Conclusion:
Spacious. Enough space to satisfy your needs. Will more than serve your purpose if you are looking for something which carries your personal junk along with the camera kit. But if you are anything other than an armature (or if para 2 above bothers you) AND you have a bigger budget, then you may consider going for something else. But considering the price range and the space, this is pretty good.
