I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Better than expected...
This is truly worth buying if you have a DSLR camera with 4 to 7 lenses. This bag is able to hold my camera and all my lenses plus memory cards, charging kit, water bottle (outside pouch), a smart way to hold tripod / monopod.
The insides are padded well and the equipments remain protected.
The weight distribution is perfect and does not take a toll on the shoulders.
The all weather coat is neatly tucked inside and is perfect for wet places like Agumbe / Wayanad.
Overall, a great buy for the price.
