I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Okay for the price.
This bag is ideal for those having superzoom cameras (like Sony hx100v / Canon SX-40) as it will accomodate the cam, charger, spare battery, memory cards. This bag meets my expectations for my sony hx100v.
If I had a DSLR i'd spent more for something better. This bag will accomodate a DSLR body with a kit lens / portrait lens however it will be inadequate as the padding isnt that reassuring enough.
Initially I got the bag without the shoulder strap attachement. Wrote an email to flipkart and within 24 hours a customer redressal person called me to initiate the replacement. Got the replacement today with the shoulder strap included.
4 stars for the product.
5 for flipkart's fast redressal.

Very much Usable for DSLR
Its true that the quality of the bag is basic. But if one has a good bag, this bag can be really helpful as a part time use..........
The service of Filpkart is very good and quick..... five star ***** for the service and four star for the bag.....
