Great bag for my Canon 550D DSLR
I was not sure if this bag would suit my camera, browsed thru other Internet sites and confirmed it suits my requirements. Also, Flipkart price was quite good.
I bought this bag and was pleasantly surprised with the quality and look and feel of this bag from Lowepro. It is very light in weight, and got a great finish.
It has enough number of pouches/slots to carry other camera essentials such as spare battery, charger, cable, memory cards etc.,
My camera with 18-55mm lens fitted quite loosely, maybe, the extra room at the bottom of the bag is for larger lenses. There is an adjustable velcro inside the bag that helped me place my camera properly.
The white color protective cover nicely tugs away at the back-side of the bag. I am sure this will make the bag waterproof...I did not try using this bag in rain, so, I dont know if this bag is waterproof (without the white color cover).
Overall, a very fine quality bag from Lowepro and I love taking it outdoors! I feel safe that my camera is protected from dust and any accidental brushings or hits with external objects while moving around.
Would explore better options
Make qlty is ok. practicality poses some problems.
1. rain cover should have been bigger with drawstrings to tighten. Also you have to unclip your shoulder straps to fit the cover over the bag.
2. access to bottom area of bag is through the top only, which means you have to remove the velcro support evertime.
3. Dslr's have the lens lopsided on the body which makes the camera tip over in the bags holding area. needs a vertical support to keep the camera in place.
FLIPKART--Bag came crushed. very poor handling/packaging..........

My riding companion
I bought this bag as it was a sturdy, weatherproof and compact option. I have a 550D and a 24-70 strapped on it. The bag is a little large for this combination but stuffing in a cloth made it pretty snug. Have carried it on a ride that was 1100 kms plus and it worked just fine. Will be carrying it to Ladakh on a 14 day bike ride, that's the ultimate test and I expect it'll do fine!

a good camera bag for body + attached lens + extra battery + memory
nice bag to move around with only one lens. the compartment is big enough to keep a tele-lens. Even with 70-200 on you can easily store it in the bag. The straps are comfortable and ergonomically designed. Overall a nice bag.
