I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

COOOOOL BUT CAN BE BETTER
I recently bought this product from a mall. The paper quality is really good it's bright white with beautiful blue lines it comes only in single rule. But 29 pages for each subject is not good as it wont be enough to take notes for even 3 months. ITC'S 5 subject notebook offers more than 40 pgs for each subject but it does not have a wiro binding but has a hardbound with a beautiful cover layout and it's in the similar range. but HATS OFF TO FLIPKART as they charge only RS:187 for this note whereas I shelled RS:210 & RS:100 for the auto.
PROS:
- IT'S PAPER IS SMOOTH AND WHITE
-GOOD FOR COLLEGE STUDENTS
- THE SUBJECT SEPARATORS ARE GOOD AS THEY ARE SMOOTH YET HARD. SO YOU WONT HAVE THE PROBLEM OF GETTING IT SPOILT
- THE CALENDAR IS AN ADDED ADVANTAGE
-PEN HOLDER AT THE END OF THE BOOK
-PERFORATED PAPER
-FRONT HALF CARD WITH GLOSS EFFECT BINDER
CONS:
- NO ENOUGH PAGES FOR A 5 SUBJECT NOTE
-NO AVAILABILITY OF UNRULED NOTE
-PAPERS COME OUT VERY EASILY DUE TO THE EASY TEAR LINE WHICH IS KINF OF AN ADVANTAGE AND A DISADVANTAGE
BUT OVERALL ITS A GOOD BOOK IT JOT DOWN YOUR NOTES AND IT LOOKS ELEGANT AS WELL AS COOL.

recieved this product in just one day...even though it was raining...kudos to flipkart!!:D overall notebook is guud and appealing...but if u want something handy u can buy a B5 or A5 size of the same product as this one is a bit larger than i expected.
