I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Normal product but misleading photo
This is just like a normal apsara eraser
but the description is wrong
It says it is Large sized eraser but it is actually just the normal (small) size eraser that you get of Apsara or Camlin for Rs.3 !!!
