Brilliant Work!
Must say, every line in this book was worth it. The lyrical structure, the philosophical outlook, the brilliant metaphors! I have read the book at least 3 times in the past one year and I'm sure I'm gonna revisit! You can easily tell why this book achieved iconic status when first published 1935, and boy does it still hold relevance! The book is a journey through life. I highly recommend it.

fooling !
i had purchased the book expecting it to be full of harivanshraiji's classic poetry or atleat some extracts from the same. but the book is in no context of any similarity by far with the great MADHUSHALA by HARIVANSHRAI BACCHAN. dont spend even the little money... i personally felt fooled on buying this one!!

excellent is the world
bought this with madhushala audio cd(Manna dey) to get the best understanding of Madhushala.
i find myself nothing to say about the legend.there is nothing better than this a man of 1930s in his 20s can elaborate.
and for the other followers out there who are complaining about the content, please go for "Mere shreshth kavitaye" for full cover of Mighty Madhushala, Madhukalash and other by bachhan saheb.
overall excellent work by the legend.

great poet ,i never ever read such type of poetry based on madhushala that was too awesum now i would purchase also madhubala ,hope so that also would be intersting .every shud go for madhshala,dont take me wrong guys just saying for book not wine house coz this book is filled with such type of nasha if someone had read it he has no need to go madhushala

Not good enough
The content of the book is not so very interesting.
my expectation level was so very high from this book; from years i was waiting to read this book but i m do disappointed, they'v just cheated in this form. if you want to read the real Bachhan'S LEGEND!!! i prefer you to go for the original madhushala "bigger one"
