But if you are from this particular multidimensional state, then you know this book is intertwined with both truth and otherwise as does all political stori...

What to say?

It helped me find out why she is such a poor administrator! The lady is superstitious as per her own writing and what can also be found that while she may oppose everything to do something worthwhile when the opportunity is hers now is beyond her.

Forget about it, please!

This book is a sheer waste of money. I urge nobody to buy this book as this is boring and there is nothing in here that was worth putting n to printing. I don't know why this person even thought of making a book. Nobody wants to know about her unforgettable memories, rather they are better forgotten.
Just because one is a party leader doesn't mean their books are going to be best sellers like Hitler's Mein Kampf or Obama's book.

Seriously, not worth your time and money.

A book worth its weight in gold..

A warm and intensely personal story of a girl who has come to represent to her countrymen many aspects of living a fruitful austere life, that can only think of well being of everybody surrounding. Mamata Banerjee, the most discussed prolific writer of current time with multi-directional talent, elicits everyday struggle in such a lucid way that reader ascribes the greatness of her achievement to 'Ma Mati Manush' without any difficulty. This is not just another book we'd go through and forget...

Holy Crap .....

Better to be forgotten. She with some antisocial elements has initiated a reign of terror and sheer violence in allover West Bengal. In every attempt she only wants to build up her Image and wants to tarnish opponents image telling lies after lies and exaggeration. Just imagine if the situation of Calcutta and Calcuttans are distressed then what about elsewhere. She can't give salaries but her Govt. can give moneys to clubs for sports (read it for keeping anti social elements in hands for usi...

Recommended read.

It's going back to memory lane with Ms Banerjee to know how a nondescript girl from a very humble neighborhood rose to become one of the movers and shakers in India.

It's not a book to prepare a Harvard case study from, but definitely a great leisure read.
