I started reading HBR magazine and the articles on HBR website from last 6 months. I find some of the articles and essential series very helpful.
This pocket book on Management tips is very helpful and it gives the gist of the actual article. I focus on the managing yourself part more in this book.
As it is a pocket book I even carry it with me all the time and read it when i get the time.
