About Author :
Dr. Raj Kumar Pruthi si a widey travelled, well read scholar and an estabished author. He has a vast academic and administrative experience. He has been a chairman of an NGO. Besides his Ph.D. he is a law graduate from Delhi University.
He has presented research papers during national and international seminars and conferences. Apart from being a member of Board of Studies of some of the universities he has delivered annual lectures to Banaras Hindu University in 1993 and Ser Wiliam Mayers Lectures to Madras University in 1994.
