I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

cost effective and value for money
Bought this at 650 so didn't expect it to be much. But was pleasantly surprised. Impeccable delivery service by Flipkart as usual. The bag itself - material seems strong, lots of compartments, place for water bottle on the side, good enough cushioning for laptop, zippers not perfect but will do for the price. Have stuffed in it 1 laptop with charger and cables, ipod, phone, hard disk with cables, 4 books, 2 notebooks, water bottle, umbrella, lots of other odds and ends and its going good. Good straps and cushioning for your back. Looks like it'll last me well for a year or so, which is good enough for 650 bucks. Of course, material not as good as the known brands but its worth the money.
Tl;dr version : Best deal you can get for this price range.
