I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Marumi 52mm - CPL - V bad product
Pls dont buy this product & waste your money. It doesnt even give the polarizing effect. Works just like a normal UV filter. I had read reviews on google telling that this product is good for the money, but i felt that its better spending a few hundreds more & going for the Hoya CPL.
