A perfect blend of music for all ages
I was a kind of a guy who was not sure about this genre of Music. It all started when I accidentally attended a Show. Looking at the title I thought it is granpa stuff, but to my surprise the singer having a guitar caught my attention with his very first song. Then I realized its not granpa stuff but it is a perfect blend of music for all ages.That reminded me of an old saying, not to judge a book looking at its cover.

Divine and Brilliant
One of the best albums I have come across and heard in my life. Divine and soulful are insufficient to describe it. Listening to the tracks takes me to some divine world.
Brilliant composition by Vedanth and the Bhakthi bava totally reflects in his voice.
My fav pick is "Jiva Prani" track esp "Theertha Vittal Kshetra Vittal" line leaves me enchanted.

Enchanting music
First heard and saw vedanth when I was doing a lazy youtube search on ladakh a few years ago and heard his splendid voice singing kabir's songs on a stage surrounded by majestic looking mountains. sounded, looked and felt surreal with such a background, music and voice.
Finally had the oppurtunity to hear him in person and later got his cd Mati Kahe.

Brings back old memories
Having sung these songs many many years ago, it was a pleasant surprise to hear these songs on CD. Vedant has done justice to the song, but refreshed it with new instruments and sounds.
For me, it is a feel good CD, soothing and comforting music. Thanks Vedanth for this effort!

The First of Many….
it is the kind of music that builds the life force inside you…. you wake up to it and sleep with it and it surrounds you and soothes you…. you return to it when you need comforting and run away from it when it provokes and awakens you…. and vedanth's voice, in this album has a sense of freshness, untouched and innocent….
that is mati kahe, for me and i am happy when more and more people hear it and begin to take spiritward directions…. :)

It is too good order now
It is scintillating and sublime. Music lovers of all ages will enjoy! The combination of the guitar with ethnic Indian instruments make the music very fresh. Vedanth's voice is very soothing and filled with Bhakti rasaa. The whole experience of listening to the album is relaxing. Strongly reccommend to buy a copy.
