Max Payne 3

well,the main thing a person looks in any product is that it should be a fun experience worth playing. Max Payne 3 is all of that and much more.It is a game more focused on story as all the previous max Payne's have been and packs satisfying gunplay to boot.It may not be THE BEST third person shooter out there but max payne 3's gameplay and story lives up to expectations with multiplayer being a riot. So if you want to play something fun with a serious storyline as well as gr8 multiplayer,max payne 3 is the game to get.

Having been a huge fan of the first 2 MP games, I preordered MP3 months back. And Flipkart went one step further and reduced the price just before launch and refunded the balance amount. And that is what makes me come back to this site again and again.

Onto the game, MP3 pretty much takes off from where MP2 left. Max is still the same old guy haunted by demons of the past and trying to find some kind of inner peace. Although there are a few sections in the game which takes you back to the familiar setting of the first 2 games (Max with his trademark coat and snow everywhere), most of the game takes place in Brazil. Rockstar has done a fabulous job with the different environments. Attention to detail is brilliant.

Gameplay still centers around "bullet time". Max has the ability to slow down time for a few seconds to take out his enemies. Works pretty much like it did in the previous game. There is a cover system this time which works well for the most part. Also unlike most games these days, in MP3 you have to search of painkillers to restore health just like in the previous games. I think that was a great move on the part of Rockstar. It makes the game all the more challenging and more fun. The game is lengthy and has it's fair share of twists and turns.

Overall, if you were of the first two games then you're gonna love this. If you've never played Max Payne before you're still in for a hell of a ride. Sequels rarely live up to the hype. But Rockstar has once again proved that they're one of the best game studios in the world. Max Payne 3 is a title that deserves to be on every gamer's shelf. It's a triumphant return for Max and I cannot wait for what Rockstar has in store next.

I have just completed the game, and i felt that it is a best third person shooter game i have ever played. The GAME OF THE YEAR is there to be taken.

Pros-
-Awesome Story-line.
-High end Graphics.
-One of the best Action sequences.
-Different and Challenging Missions.
-Game involves different kinds of environments.
-You get to see the real Sao Paulo city.
-Very good Multiplayer and Social Club features.

Cons-
-Requires high end PC configuration in order to run in max settings.
i would recommend 2.5gz dual core,6Gb ram, 1gb graphics in order to run in MEDIUM settings.
-Not much of free-playing, you should mainly concentrate on missions.
-Finding all the Gun Parts and Clues[additional stuff,not necessary] is a bit frustrating and time taking.
-The Final One-> very ADDICTIVE
Once you play the first mission,it will definitely keep you intact until you complete the game. :D

Overall, MAX PAYNE 3 ROCKS!!!!

I am a kind of guy who do not like shooting games.But after playing Max Payne 3 my perception has changed. What an amazing story. What a smooth shooting. Last man shooting concept is simply awesome.Rockstar has taken care of enough checkpoints something missing in GTA 4. Kudos to Rockstar for developing games like GTA,Red Dead Redemption and now Max Payne 3.How come everytime they come up with such brilliant story line and concept. Kudos to flipkart for delivering this game at the lightening speed. With preorder I received Max Payne Blu Ray as well. Awesome deal. Those who love shooting game it is a must buy for you guys and those who don't just try this you will start loving shooting games.

Pre-Ordered this game... have been seeing gameplay videos on youtube of the console version n now have seen the PC gameplay cant wait to play it!
i m a fane of the max payne franchise! After almost a decade rockstar have released its third installment of the Max Payne franchise. Many have praised it for its fine details, awesome script, gritty dialogues, slick… cinematic presentation and brutal and expertly directed story.
but the biggest surprise for me is the OC Specs they listed.. i mean... the game is 26-28 gigs! it requires 35 gigs! it comes in 4 dvds! WOW!
