Worth Reading
Elizabeth Bumiller has beautifully portrayed about the life,hardships and struggle of indian woman.One needs to keep an open mind while reading this book,especially if you are born and raised in india.I could related to my indian upbringing and also see through the eyes of a foreign women.This book was written in the 80's era,women at present have come of an age and evolving rapidly,I have to say that they still have a long way to go.
