It definetly cannot be used as a lip balm for vry dry lips but can be layered after the lip balm for that lovely orange colour..i use this with my baby lips rose addict because only orange makes me look weird since i have dark skin colour..it gives an amazin pop of colour and lasts for several hours for me..even if it gets washed off the lips get a bit stained..which fascinates me a lot!..so now m planning to buy the electropop in p...
