I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

why you should buy it??
1. from past 15 months i have been using a mcAfee , no doubt the best antivirus out in the market ,along with ZERO compromise on your machine speed.
2. due to some registry issue i was struck in between the activation process .. and no google search helped me but even @ 2 a.m. i got their technical CHAT support. and seemlessly they helped me from there ..
3. BEST USER INTERFACE EVEN A LAYMAN CAN JUGGLE WITH THE SETTING OF FIREWALL OR ANY THING ...
4AND ITS WORLD RENOWED PRODUCT ! BUT LITTLE COSTLY OVER OTHER SIMILAR PRODUCTS BUT ... WORTH BUYING

Good Antivirus and prompt service
Hi,
This is my second year of using this product and it works great on my Lenovo Laptop. Easy to Install and Update too. The only problem I faced while installing with CD is it does not uninstall the older version of McAfee automatically, Once I uninstalled it the rest of the installation is very simple.
I hope Flipkart provides 2013 version too for sale since the McAfee site does not accept 2012 key for web installation now. Anyway if you start installation from CD it cares of the issue.
The delivery of Flipkart is prompt and very simple to track the shipment. Great Work!!!

Got is cheaper perhaps
I bought McAfee antivirus 2012 and perhaps saved some money , but I was little apprehensive. I was using the same software last year also. But when the CD arrived trough FLIPKART, it would not get downloaded at first two days of my trials. And I really thought I had it. So I contacted McAfee more than once. and they really helped me . FLIPKART also replied to best of their abilities. At the end pf the day i am happy that I got it alright.

1) the product is not at all good
2) stuck's my laptop
3) i recovered my laptop 3 times since using it due to virus
4) doesnt work good
5) flipkart's delivery is good as usual.
