Metamorphosis Of Jessica

A pretty young girl raised by wealthy Texas oil parents is spoiled by her demanding, headstrong father and tolerated by her wise mother. Her father recognizes that Jessicas vibrant personality longs for more than knitting baby clothes and wearing frilly white dresses at cocktail parties. He buys her a barrel-racing horse, arranging for her to take riding instructions with a well-thought-about wrangler that has a small ranch in the hills east of El Paso. She is all smiles about the gift, but quickly learns that her cowboy instructor has little toleration for stuffy, spoiled rich girls. Their initial meeting accomplishes little more than testing the character of one another. Putting their first failed meeting behind them, their second becomes more fruitful. It isnt long before their relationship becomes closer than expected, but money talks in this Texas town, and Jessica quickly learns that the cowboy she loves is in the gun sights of a hit man hired by her rich Texas father. Jessica shows that her early life, flowered with her every desire and of riches, didnt numb her heart. Determined to save his life, she casts away her own desires and weds a rich man of her fathers choice.
