Good optical slave

I have been dying to experiment with an off camera strobe for a really long time. However, because the prices of the Nikon flashes were quite high, I had to keep pushing my plan of purchasing one of those flashes (SB-600/700/800 etc) time and again. In the meantime I got a very handy flash unit, the Sunpak PZ42X which fulfilled my bouncing needs very nicely. Only problem: I could not use it as an optical slave. That was when I chanced upon this Metz 50 and bought it. I have been playing around with it for about a day or two now, and it's a very good flash that is for sure. Powerful (GN50), ful…

No Service Centers in INDIA

InterfotoIndia is not dealing with Metz anymore.
I'm struggling to repair my flash unit which is Under warranty.

and it failed within few months that too very less usage > 10 times. max of 100 flash

So don't go for this flash unit !!
