I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Awesome product
First of all thanks to flipkart for its pretty service. I received product within 3 days of placing order in a well packed box.I had used cash on delivery mode.Some had complained that it not works with tata docomo cdma. Actually it is right. Because docomo has changed some technologies in cdma sim. But I am using it with docomo. If anyone has docomo sim manufactured in 6/11 or before,it will definetly work.But it works well with reliance and mts.The speed of net is far better than gsm 2g and now a days cdma companies are offering better plans than gsm. I am totally satisfied with the product.One thing I also say that This product is not available in open market so grab it before stock lasts.

Nice Product
I am using BSNL EVDO. Good modem at reasonable price. Software installs automatically in Windows. No need of software in Linux. However it is bit more wide than needed. So if you have 2 usb slots side by side and if you put M 300C in one, the other slot remains unusable as Micromax 300C partially blocks the adjacent slot.

Excellent Product & Fastest Shipping
Micromax has done a great job, very good product. Working fine with BSNL & Reliance RUIMs without any issue. It latches to network very quickly while locked devices on respective networks couldn't find any signal. Getting little warm if network strength is below average.
Flipkart promised to deliver in 6-8 working days but reached by door withing just 3 days. Great going Flipkart.

Hesitated to buy this since its MICROMAX
but works like charm , this is a old product dated 2010
its understood that there isnt much development around CDMA division
works fine with bsnl and docomo which i have tested
modem width is little more making the adjacent USB port accessible
but get a usb extension for the same
