I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

AWESOME
NICE USER FRIENDLY DEVICE. I AM USING WITH BSNL 2G SIM AND IS WORKING AWESOME ...PLAN OF 98 RS AND 3 GB DATA USAGE IS PROVIDED.
EVEN FREE ON ROAMING.
EVEN USED WITH DOCOMO.
OVERALL A NICE PRODUCT.
BUT THE FLIPKART PRICE IS MORE.
IN BSNL OFFICE OR IN MARKET U WILL GET IT FOR RS 1750.

Better buy 353G rather than this
Product performance is good. Browsing speeds are reasonable good. But those speeds depends on the time of the day and the number of users operating simultaneously(Network related), so u get some what higher speeds at night time.
Speed is not constant but varies from max 40kbps to 5kbps(download). Average speed ranges about 15kbps.
In 3G speed are excellent.
cons:
It doesn't have voice support, so u can't make voice calls. but u can receive sms.
So better add 100bucks and go for 353G model which support both Voice and Sms. And it aslo supports evdo sims. And finally flipkart is offering a free leather pouch..so it IS worth for the remaining 100bucks. So who wish to buy this go for 353G

Awesome device
you can use this device for any 2g and 3g sim cards. the speed is really good using 2g sim cards. Eg. U can view any youtube videos without buffering and you can also download a 10 Mb song in 2-3 mins.. This speed is sufficient for anybody using a 2g plan.

super fast speeds.
I ordered This devise simply going by the reviews, here in flipkart. It is actually very valuable info. here is my experience: Received the shipment today after 36hrs after ordering. Using on vodafone 2G network.
PROS: 1. No problem surfing and all the mailing stuff. 2. Very easy installation simply plug and play. 3. nice 4 color led showing the type of network u r into. (gprs, edge,3g).
Cons:
1. The device is few mm longer than normal devices.
2. It takes 10-12 seconds to detect on my laptop.
3.It may take time buffering HD videos on youtube it should be fine on 3G network.

AIRTEL ONLY
They have sent a modem which only works with airtel sim.
so i am not happy with the product and have request to refund it...
