Micromax Funbook

I bought this tab yesterday from croma. Everything works fine. Only problem m facing is with the battery. It gets off @ 17% battery. Hope micromaxx finds a solution for this v soon. Otherwise this tab s worth d price.
Browser sucks. I suggest u to use other browsers from market
Response s good compared to other tab of this range. Yea sometimes d keypad bugs but works fine.
Please charge it for 8 hrs on d very first day to get a good battery life.

My review after 6 months of use:

I Have Changed my Opinion after 6 months. Micromax funbook does not work. It just DIED ON ME one day and haven't been able re-start it ever since! I have lot my money.

Warranty ? thats a joke with service centers like theirs:
Read the reviews for Micromax service centers in Bangalore - they are terrible! You will never feel like buying any Micromax product again. So there is no way for me to get a replacement even if I am within the warranty period.

I have bought this tablet through flipkart recently. The battery isn't good.. the tab just shut down itself after drown to 40 percent... i don't know wat to do.. otherwise the tab works just fine.. picture and video rendering is good..
any suggestions other than installin battery calibrator app... it requires rooting which i don't know how to do:(

Bought it 2 months ago. Apart from battery, every thing has working smoothly.
Pros:
1) Good processor. Response is good.
2) RAM capacity is ok. Out of 512mb, only 215 approx is available for the user, remaining is used by OS, inbuilt apps.
3) Good internet speed. Inbuilt browser not that good. Use operamini. High data compression means high speed, reduction in downloadable size, thus low cost. Use image - off or low quality option - further increase reduction in cost.

i have used some other tablets os the same category available in the market like zen, hcl me tab.. but found this one to be superb...
