I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?
Please contact us with your replacement request within 10 days from the date of delivery of the product. The seller will be notified of the return request.

Good Not Better
Hello friend,those who have BSNL ZTE evdo 2.8Mb Rev.O modem,can change with this one.
Positive Points:
1.Its good because its internal antenna.
2.User friendly GUI interface.
3.Rev.O & 3.2Mb
4.You Can back Up your SMS into PC [Drag & Drop],we can not doit on ZTE interface but we save in System through its Software interface.
Negative Point :
1.Its too hot during use.(10min-15min),when ZTE as long as (10hr-15hr).
2.Calling facility not available.
3.No speed increases,but its Rev.A.(In Urban area near EVDO Network)

This device support 16 Gb memory card as a card reader and also support phone book,sms. The 1 x cdma network provides 153.6 Kbps device speed and 3G (EVDO) 3.1 Mbps High Speed Internet Access (HSIA) device speed. The actual internet speed depends upon which cdma ruim are you using and security status of your system and type of PC browser, indoor coverage of mobile network. when you are using 1 x cdma network do not select hybrid mode in connection profile.Use when you recharge your mobile no. with 3 G net plans.Always your main balance kept as 0.00/-,only recharge with net balance packs and Sms packs. This device only support following cdma network BSNL, MTS and RELIANCE.The TATA teleservices (tata indicom,tata docomo cdma,virgin cdma) do not support any open market data card on cdma network.

speed is 3.1 not 7.1
i buy this product by seeing the speed of 7.1 mbps but that having speed only 3.1 mbps........ i m already using bsnl evdo data card which is sim based and effective cost is 800rs only..........................

waste of money
please don't buy this.. better go for micromax 353(white).
no voice call, only 7.1 mbps..
those looks are not good like hauwei 303 and micromax 353.
2000 rs for this data card is really waste of money.
