I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

This Micromax QWERTY mobile comes preloaded with Nimbuzz, the multi instant messenger (IM) application. This software lets users of the Micromax device chat with their friends irrespective of any IM services used. The Micromax Q3+ has Facebook ready feature, which takes you to the Facebook homepage with just the touch of one button.
The bar styled handset from Micromax features a 2.19-inch TFT display screen with 262 K color support and 176 x 220 pixel resolution. The Q3+ weighs 97 g and has dimensions of 111.2 x 61.2 x 13 mm. The full QWERTY keypad features a 5-way trackball that helps in easy navigation.
Battery and Storage
The battery used in this Micromax handset is a standard Li-Ion 1000 mAh battery, which serves a talk time of 4 hours and standby time of 160 hours. The on-board memory of the mobile phone is 10 MB. It's your luck
It has no dual standby. It is only dual active. If you busy with any one of number then if any person call you in second sim, it will reply as : " the customer you are calling is not responding or swith off or out of range. "
Please do not buy this cell. The camare quality is very poor , it is not a 1.3 mp camera, actually it has VGA cam and enhanced to a 1.3 mp cam. The pictures are taken as vga cam but it shows you 1.3 mp size. It is not fair.
The service from the company is pathetic. Actually it is your luck whether you will be able to keep the handset with you or you will throw it outside your window. May God bless you for not going to Nokia.

Don't buy this...
The most pathetic phone i've ever encountered in my life....
there is no plus points in this device,everything is bad...
the camera is not at all good and you cannot get a good browsing experience because it's always stuck...
there are preloaded MSN messenger and Nimbuzz but i've never seen it working,it always shows 'error'
i have never seen opera mini working so slow...:(:(:(
please dont make a mistake...
Conclusion:curse the one who calls this a phone...
Micromax Q3+ Mobile phone
I purchased Micromax Q3+ mobile and the the problem started for me from the day one. The speaker of the mobile set was defective and I had to struggle to listen to the people speaking to me on the phone. I took it to the nearby service center who after lot of cajooling repaired the phone and gave it back after 2 weeks. As luck would have it accidentally the lens of the mobile got scratched and ever since then I am running to the service center for the last 3 months to repair / change the lens but failed all the times. The service provided by the company is nil as none of the parts are available at the authorised service center (atleast in North Kolkata) and all the customers are harassed by the service people who themselves are cursing Micromax.

i Purchased this mobile last year and since then the mobile is giving me only trouble and trouble, nothing else. first of all it has the big problem of battery backup, when i purchased it was told to me it has standby time of 3 days, but in 2 days i found out that it has standby time of maximum 12 hr, talk-time battery is 1 and half hour. The music player, camera is worst than the basic mobile phones. When i purchased this mobile it was said that net run very fast on this, but the net is not supported on this mobile at all. Nothing is good about this mobile. I wrote mails and made many calls to micro-max about the problem, and asked for return within a week of purchase but to no avail they never responded properly and I suffered a lot.
