Micromax Superfone Punk A45

I bought this phone from flipkart 4 days ago. This is my review for this phone

The Good :

1. Display & touch is very nice & decent for under 6k phone
2. Music is also good & loud.
3. Battery backup is enough (2 day normal use)
4. Andero 2.3 is good.

The Bad :

1. It has no 3G (Unexpected)
2. GPRS is also like using 10 years ago
3. 650 mhz processot is enough for gaming ( Most Games are not working like Max Payne, Brother in arms, etc.)

But after all what a man can expect from a phone under 6K
it 3.5 inch touch screen & Gingerbread.

Use your mind to buy this phone or Not.

Guys if u want to buy this phone but not sure how it works ? Don't even waste a single second, this phone is amazing. Initially i red reviews about this phone but no one mentioned about the battery of this phone . I bought this phone recently for 4800 from a shop in my place. The battery will last minimum for one and half day(not full discharge) in normal usage, it may come for more time also.And its getting charged very quick.

Pros:
1)The look and build quality is awesome.
2)Touch is very nice.
3)User interface is good.
4)internet speed good though it is not 3G. Speed depends on your service provider.
5)Music quality,speaker and head phones are awesome.

Cons:
1)Don't expect much about the Camera of this phone.It is very poor.

My advice :

If you want a decent looking phone in your hand go for this.I am sure in the near future Micromax will stand as a competitor for samsung.
2)Dont buy Micromax Ninja 3 A57 thinking that it as 1GHZ processor and 3G. It does not have good response in market.

I bought this phone from The Mobile Store to gift someone, i wanted to customize it n install few games n apps. i checked the performance n potential of this device n i was shocked!!!! this device is amazing. it beats even samsung galaxy y, galaxy pocket. This device runs most of the games except a few intense graphical games like gta3, max payne, asphalt 7. it plays cut the rope, angry birds, wheres my water etc. perfectly n even "whale trail" with little lag!!! I dono if this device is reliable n go for 3 or 4 yrs usage but i would recommend this phone in category under 5k. go for it. its the best under 5k!!!

5.Great benchmarks for phone under 5k
Cons:
1.camera
2.TFT display
but it is excellent for 5k.
I use HTC One V(awesome phone) but i am really shocked by the performance of this device which is just 5k!!!!

Micromax is just a China company with warranty.
I gifted this phone to my dad. At first it worked very well. Later it started giving all sorts of hardware and software issues.
1. Phone hangs while dialing a series of number e.g 987... Just cannot dial the 4th digit somehow :(
2. After 3 months of use, the power button has stopped functioning.. i.e you cant even unlock ur phone once it gets locked... I mean a phone that starts giving you such pathetic hardware issues could only represent a company that does not deserve to sell phones in the first place, smart phones are out of question...........
3. Customer Care are a bunch of stupid people who dont even know how to even talk to customers. The phone is under repair for more than a month now and the customer care dont even pick up your call.

There is no way of rating this phone less than 1 star, else it does not deserve anything more than a big ZERO
