The Milagrow Blackcat Vacuum Cleaner is a state-of-the-art appliance that eliminates the need for you to depend on another human being to clean your home. The Blackcat is a bag-less appliance that can handle both wet and dry cleaning. The Blackcat operates using the robotic 3 way cleaning system which effectively removes any dirt or debris from your carpet or floor.
The 3 way cleaning process starts with the robot loosening the dirt with its sturdy side brush. The rotating side brush and rubber brush guide the dirt to the suction opening through which the dirt gets deposited in a 0.37 litre dust bin. The Milagrow Blackcat uses its artificial intelligence to calculate the optimal cleaning path and decides whether it should follow a spiral, zigzag or wall to wall route.
Body
The Milagrow Blackcat Vacuum Cleaner has a circular shape with a flat bottom and top. This Power Vac has a base clearance of 0.9 cm and has 4 operational buttons on the top side. The Blackcat has a bumper in front which retracts when it knocks into something, alerting it to change direction. There is also a button at the back to eject the dust bin so that the collected dirt can be emptied.The Milagrow Blackcat Vacuum Cleaner meets the European Compliant Standard for product safety and is lead free. The Blackcat has its infrared receiver located on its front bumper. This Power Vac has a rechargeable battery pack and is capable of connecting to its charger all by itself when the battery power is low. The Blackcat follows the infrared signal emitted by the charger and docks itself to be charged.

It takes 5 hours to fully charge the Blackcat's 14.4 Ni-MH rechargeable batteries which have a capacity of 2000 mAh. THIS IS THE FUTURE!!!
My dad got this just yesterday for me and i gotta say its the best thing ever. Now i dont need to clean dirt in my room myself, i call blackcat from its stylish parking station! i order it to clean food crumbs and more during night also, so i dont disturb anyone - very silent. looks sleek also better than redhawk, coolest gadget of the year for sure. all my friends are dying to get one too :P

Good Product overall
Flipkart was prompt in delivering it to my home on time. coming to the review, the blackcat is a good product to have at home for ease of cleaning. it does a nice job, very handy and convenient.
very good at cleaning carpets!
my disappointment is due to the fact that the robot doesnt clean wall to wall. it navigates itself very well around the home, but keeps going back to the same places over and over, this is where the remote comes in handy and we can guide the robot in the required direction.
its not very silent as promised but doesnt disturb anyone, works on its own without supervision. It takes a little time to figure out its working, but once through, its a joy to use.
P.S. the mopping part is not so satisfactory. excellent for dry cleaning.
Convenient but.... ASS suspect !
I must admit i didn't buy it from flipkart but did rely on the reviews posted here to make a decision. Having made it and having experienced the product first hand for a day(would add more once i get to know it better) thought i wd contribute my two pence.
Pros
-Super convenient. Floors can be cleaned without breaking a sweat.
-does a superb job at what it is meant to.
-goes under furniture without a fuss (a neglected area in most homes)
-works silently without the trademark ear splitting drone from a conventional vacuum cleaner.
Cons
-Wall corners can make its life difficult.
-Tends to go back to the same place again and again. Thats where the remote comes handy. The cleaning also seems erratic but that, it seems, is the Artificial intelligence at work.
-Plastic quality seems average.
-User manual leaves a lot to be desired. Learnt most of the stuff by trial and error.
-ASS seems nonexistent. Horror of horrors the user manual doesn't list authorized service centers or a customer care number.
-Pricey
Not very good at it
While it is indeed heartening to note that finally such products are available locally, but as such, these are still at a very nascent stage and the Indian consumer is not very sensitized to such appliances. These variants in particular look like cheap Infinivo models and the early Roomba generation and their performance would only disappoint and deter future buyers.
I would have been pleased if better models like the acclaimed Neato XV-11 and the Mint plus were available at competitive prices.
