best book for preparing for written exam and interviews
I ordered this book on 04.10.2011 and got it on 08.10.2011. the best service of online buying i have.the best thing is we dont have to online we can pay them on the delivery of the goods and also with 30 days replacement warranty and also in very good packaging,,,,very impressive sevice by flipkart.
now about the book....this book is however little bulky,and if you want to take it with you to study another place you have to carry this 2.0kg giant along with you....but price wise its smart choice(405 rs only) over separate versions of verbal and non verbal reasoning(291 206 98)=595rs compared to 405rs....so it needs to be cut down separate for convenience but 405rs version is very good and economic...evry chapter is described clearly in friendly manner with lots of example...just use it with quantitative aptitude also be r s aggarwal(rs 286 only)...for complete reference of yours

Excellent Book for all types of examinees
The first time, I purchased this book (Non-Verbal) in the year 1992 and I loved the quality of questions it had. Later, I purchased the verbal one also. So far, I have purchased not less than 10 books and gifted to the nears and dears. Very good book for all who are appearing for examination where, mental ability or logical skill is asked. The collection of questions are simply superb. It is excellent for those who use this book for the type of questions and the way, the question can be asked. One should be patient while going through this book. One suggestion, kindly start doing that chapter first which you like most or you are comfortable with. I have suggested this book to everyone. Try to mark those questions which you are not able to solve in first go. It would help next time when you revise (That time, you would concentrate more on these marked questions only). Best of luck.
PS: Being from Engg. background, I was qualified in no less than 60 written exam and full credit goes to this book. Finally, I got the call from 5-6 places and settled at one place.

First thing you'll notice about the book is that its so heavy! haha .. Jokes apart. Its a decent book for preparing for competitive exams & building logical & reasoning skills and not to the forget the Verbal part which is fine. Its like an All-in-One with everything in it. Not excellent but fair enough!
