I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

THOSE WHO ARE NEW TO KNOW ABOUT EDC FOR THEM IT IS BETTER TO TELL THAT EDC HAS THE LEAST AROMATIC CMPNDS(~5%) WHICH IS HIGHEST IN EDP. MOREOVER EDC IS MADE OF CITRIC CMPNDS, SO IT SMELLS LIKE CITRUS FRUITS AND THIS EDC IS NO EXCEPTION. THIS PRODUCT HAS PERFORMED BELOW MY XPECTATN AS EVEN 5-6 SHOTS OF THIS EDC WONT REACH YOUR NOSE AFTER 5 MINS. AFTER ALL WE USE FRAGRANCES TO REFRESH OURSELVES. SO THIS PRODUCT IS THUMBS DOWN FOR ME. OH YEAH!! DO I NEED TO TELL ABOUT FLPKART'S DELIVERY ANY MORE I DONT THINK SO..... AWESOME KEEP IT UP.

please stay away from this , used only once, smells like an insecticide..
Flipkart should focus on the quality of the products as well and moreover the fast shipping which was one of flipkarts prime quality is no where to be seen, it took 2 weeks for me to get this stuff and that too poor quality..
