About the product- It is great for the price tag. We can make good quality of espresso, Cappuccino. It is very useful for black coffee lovers too because we can brew with in 4 minutes. It has mind blowing frother, hence it can be used for blending sugar and frothing other health drinks at no time. Cleaning the frother will be easy as it can be un screwed easily also can be cleaned by frothing a fresh water twice at no time. Provided hot plate works well if you want to heat or maintain the temperature of hot milk. Even we can make good extract of tea with the coffee maker.

I bought this coffee maker from somewhere else before I knew about Flipkart. The thing worked fine for the first few days, then the induction heater on it which is used to hea milk stopped working.

I contacted the customer service and the technician came 2 weeks later (after assuring me that they'll be coming within 48 hours and also after several calls made by me). The guy opened up my machine, and put it back together saying that the heater would need to be replaced. Since then, the coffee tastes like burnt plastic (i'm assuming the technician broke something inside) and they never came back with a replacement. Since then I've called their customer support at least 20 times and no one has showed up again. That's almost 5k down the drain for me, since no one is willing to fix it even though it's in it's warranty period.

Do not buy this particular coffee machine, it's not worth your money; it will break down and never be fixed.

If you have to make more than 2 cup of coffee then this is the right one. Frother is little complicated as initially u will find hot froth all around the machine while frothing till one gets expertize. It could be better if the frother rod is little longer. Brewing is good. I‘m using the same since September-2011 and is satisfied with its performance. Use RO water to increase the life of heating system.

Using this product for 20 days (served 4-5 times)
Brewing was unnecessarily fast... 2 cups coffee brews within a minute (strangly fast). I have used three different blends but result the same. No froth on coffee at all... like filter might be bad or faulty.
Frother is good but milk get spilled on the top.

I would recommend buying an Indian model instead like Inalsa or philips. I am going to return it back.

Perfect choice for coffe maker . i easily installed this in my kichen . Coffee taste is mind blowing , i really liked this product from deep from my heart .
If wish most beautiful coffee then boiled water first then put in this coffee maker and serve this coffee .
i buyed this product near about 24 Dec 2011 and i was working perfectly till date .
