I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Good Workhorse
Have had the coffee maker for almost 2 years now, and its proven to be a good work horse. It does its job, whenever we need it to make coffee and makes enough in one round for the entire family.
We are quite happy with the kind of coffee it make as well, one must remember that this is not a espresso machine, and keep expectations in line with what this product can do :)
Good Product- Grab it!
I am very satisfied with this product. works great, no fuss. worth the money- spent about 2000/- at Kohinoor, Thane W. I had done quite a bit of research before buying this and realised there were not many options in the Indian market.. many retail shops had one or two or 3 products only.
The filter is good, cleanable, and the switches work great.

Watery Coffee
I got the product. I am happy with the design, service etc. However, the coffee is highly watery and doesn't taste like the filter coffee we make at home. Maybe we need to use a certain type of coffee? That sort of specific recommendation should be given by the coffee maker on the product page.
