An elegant and easy-to-use Induction Cooktop
About the Cooktop :
When i was researching what brand Induction cooktop to buy i came across lot of complaints about other brand cooktops. Apart from that Morphy Richards is having 2 years warranty and good service centre presence all over india. Even though i was sceptical about the performance i bought it.
Design : I was stunned with the beautiful design and well built body. It really adds the style to the kitchen with its sensory touch(Too sensible though like Iphone touch screen :) )
Ease of Use : With Innovative design and 10 preset cooking mode, it hardly took a day for my MOM to learn how to use it. With close to 10 days in the kitchen my MOM is now a master of this cooktop.
Performance : So far we have not had any trouble using it and i got the feedback from my MOM saying that it really makes her cooking superfast.
Accessories : The free SS vessel comes with a nice hard glass lid that makes it preferable for cooking most of the dishes.
About Flipkart Experience:

MORPHY RICHARDS CHEF PRO INDUCTION COOKER
Very bad experience. Used it for one month & it has stopped working- sometimes it heats & sometimes it doesn't. After sale service is pathetic. The first person who came for repair had no idea about an induction cooker. Just stared at it & went away. He forged a signature on the complaint form stating that the complaint had been resolved.The next man came & gave excuses about parts & has not returned as yet. Its 12 days since I have given a complaint. Called up customer service , they promised to look into the matter. Called up the service centre directly, they said they would call back...........still waiting. Will never advise anybody to buy this product. It sucks.

Excellent Product
If you don't mind paying some extra bucks for the beauty of the product, then this one is for you. There are so many options for induction cooktop available in the market right now, it is very difficult to decide which one to buy. I spent a lot of time researching and finally decided to buy this one. I am not disappointed at all. It looks beautiful, an eye catcher, people just can't help raving about its looks. Apart from looks, its pretty easy to use and clean. The touch panel is excellent and various options for cooking are helpful. I really liked the product and recommend it strongly.

A marvellous product with Excellent service
I had been in the look out for a induction cooktop. Though I had a knowledge of Morphy Richards, I didnt had the time to go for shopping for this particular product. It suddenly struct to me about Flipkart and placed an order on line.It is extremely good product, easy to handle and elegant, with the only negative feature being it is "made in China". I should also congratulate Flipkart for their excellent service, prompt reply and follow up and it was really a nice experience shopping with Flipkart.

Good product but could have used with a knob
THE ONE THING I DID NOT SEARCH FOR WHILE BUYING AN INDUCTION COOKTOP...WAS FOR A JOG WHEEL CONTROL, Glen GL Induction Cooker 3073 Induction Cook Top HAS THAT FEATURE. GET A COOKTOP WITH THE KNOB FEATURE....IT REALLY HELPS...
....AND THE TIMER AND USER INTERFACE ON THIS IS NOT UP TO THE MARK...CONSIDER GETTING ONE WITH BUTTONS RATHER THAN TOUCH...
