The self-clean option on this steam iron flushes the scale and mineral build-up from the steam chamber. It is recommended to use this feature at least once a month for longer life of your iron.
Safety and Power
The maximum power consumption of the Morphy Richards Cruiser is 1300 W. It is preferred to use an iron with high power wattage for faster heating and better performance. The pilot light on this Morphy Richards steam iron helps in thermostatic operations. This light glows when the iron is plugged and goes off when iron has reached the required temperature and is ready to use.Note: To avoid leakage of water through the steam vents, please fill the water tank, switch off the steam and plug in.
