Morphy Richards Impresso 1.0 L SS Electric Kettle

No complaints about Flipkart's service. But Morphy Richards service is pathetic. First their toll free no. executives are always busy (due to huge complaints, I suppose) their SMS facility is a farce, they never revert back. Noida Service center calls & never fulfills on the commitments. Their rep. Mr. Ranjeet & Mr. Sanjeev do not respond to calls. Even after Follow ups no service tech reaches you (so forget about resolving). I am really very troubled buying Morphy Richards. My ratings are AVOID Morphy Richards.

product quality is good as it is morphy richards..& it is good for boiling water...
but as told in description there is a problem while boiling the milk..there is two plastic tube portruding inside from the water level indicator (top and down level)....it is for the entry of water to show the level....when milk is poured it enters through this hole which can stick to the tube and may become difficult to clean...so take care while boiling milk and try to keep the milk level below the bottom plastic tube..
else things are excellent......

I realized that in product description it is not mentioned that the kettle base do not have 360 degree operability. Also the connection plug is below handle which u need to keep toward electric plug so while picking up the jug and putting for heating was some tricky.

Apart from this no issues, heating quick and good, good handle, press release top cover. enough space for boiling 1 litre water without spillover. even made maggi and boiled eggs. As mentioned by oter buyers, cleaning becomes an issue if something goes inside the level indicator tube.

However a good built & quality product from Morphy Richards. worth of money.

I have used the plastic kettle with visible coil inside earlier and this is my second one completely different to the plastic one in a good way. Plastic ones usually gives a plastic smell after the water is heated . This is completely a steel one as u can see with no coil inside hence the cleaning of inside part is relatively much easier and one need not worry of any smell of what ever is heated.Finishing looks excellent, worth the money paid. Cleaning is much easier, auto stop works well. I would recommend to buy this product for everyday use.

I own Morphy Richards Voyager 200 0.5L, which is perfect for 2 people and no complaints. This time wanted to go for a bigger one...

Nice design, looks good, durable and easy to handle. I liked the cordless docking (compared to other version). It makes simple to use and easy cleaning.
I use it for water boiling, which is very faster!
ON/OFF button is not good. You may fall short of cord length sometimes
