this one is just a superb product,i bought it by reading the reviews only & believe me i don't regret it ..u can cook most of the things like noodles,pasta,boil eggs etc it's my best companion in hostel.

What an amazing product. It comes with a plastic basket which you can use to steam your veggies. The big lid also makes its so convenient to wash the inside. I've had it for a year now and i have nothing but good things to say about it.

Its good for only few things, dont get misguided like i got.
I bought this 3 weeks ago, used it for boiling milk once, cook maggi, and soup.

What i observed is that cooking took 3-4 mins or 5-6 mins at MAX. But cleaning would take more than 30 mins.

Food stick to the bottom and gets blackened, which is very difficult to clean.

I'm really not happy with the product. Better go for a electric rice cooker.

I hope Flipkart sees my pain due to the misguiding comments about the product and give me some leeway to return and buy something else.

Love it !!! :) You really can't get a kettle better than this. I have tried boiling eggs, tea/coffee, corn, maggi, soup, steamed vegetables... I live in a hostel, so this little beauty is life-saver!!!

i got this product few months back and i am quiet happy that i have this product.
it's very easy to use and clean as well. the only problem i had with this is that while boiling milk it always burns before even getting hot. other than this, "ALL IS WELL".

Its just the perfect thing when you live in a PG or hostel. You can heat water, cook noodles , heat milk etc.
Its very easy to clean and also comes with different heating settings.
The only drawback is you can't boil milk in it, only heat it. Wished I could also boil milk .

My work involves me traveling, bought this after reading some good reviews on flipkart, here's my review;
1) Cannot Boil Milk, Gets burnt on bottom very fast which is very very difficult to clean afterwards (bad).
2) Boils water very fast (Good).
3) Minimum 500 ml of water to start cooking (so you cant just make 1 packet maggie) :(
4) Lid is made of Glass, so you have to be extra careful. (while traveling).
5) Its Made in China :(
6) Its BIG in Size.

Over all.. Not Exactly Travel Material.

Tea:

It overflows if you add milk . You have to heat the water first and then open the lid add milk wait..

Noodles:

It does not cook noodles in 3-4 minutes also switches off automatically before the noodle is cooked on noodle mode. You have to wait for it to cool down and then again start it ..

Requires lot of involvment when cooking so not automated as i thought.

Product quality is good.. Good for picnics and when you don't have access to the stove.. Not an alternative to gas or induction cooking..

this has saved me. i can cook many things in it and cleaning is not an issue with it. just few precautions has to be taken. this comes with a small recipe book which we can make instantly.

i am a hosteler and this is helping me n my friends in our late night assignments, chats etc .
the quality of kettle is superb and no other kettle can stand over it.

I recommend . just go for it.

I'd give a 4/5 for the product as its very handy, boils water in no time etc.. but the services provided by Morphy Richards are really poor, and Pathetic is the only word i can think of to describe the poor services.

I gave my Kettle for repair, and was asked to collect it in two days, which never came even after a month.. Bajaj and Morphy Richards may be popular brands but in terms of service I'd give a 1/5 ... So please go for this brand only if u think ur product wont get spoilt... :-/
