I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Don't buy this if you are new to OTGs
Very dissapointed that a brand like Morphy Richards has such a poorly edited instruction manual to begin with. This product has no temperature control button. But in one of the instructions in the manual it says to keep the temperature knob at minimum. The maximum temperature oven reaches is not metioned and even the temepratures for the four modes (i.e bake, broil..etc) are not mentioned. Nowhere in the manual does it mention that the OTG has thermostatic temperature control.
It is mentioned to preheat for 10 minutes in Toast mode, but the oven goes into cutoff after 6 minutes. Then why 10?? Cake burns in Bake mode. After 3 trials and wasted ingredients learnt that you have to make cake in Toast mode.
I still haven't been able to contact cutomer care. Number is always busy.
Even if you have to spend a little more buy an OTG with temperature control.
