The best MK game to date!
MK9 is everything I'm looking for in a Mortal Kombat game: hilarious and/or gory fatalities, newbie-friendly and most importantly, a lot of fun even if you're playing alone. There's tons of single-player content - story mode, challenge tower, arcade ladder (32 characters on the PS3, including DLC) and three mini-games (Test Your Might/Sight/Luck). Having a story mode is unusual for a fighting game, and it has worked wonderfully in the new MK, understandable by MK veterans and newcomers. I'm one of the few people who plays MK for the characters (Raiden's my favourite) and story, so the story mode was the one factor the convinced me to buy the game.
Flipkart's delivery is fantastic (I got the game within 48 hours) ... but I got the NTSC (US) version of the game from the seller (WS Retail). Now, this is not a problem for me, because the PS3 is region-free and I don't intend to play online too much. (I've heard the online scene isn't great in India.) But if you don't have a HDTV (or you're using the AV connection), there could be issues.

Best Fighting Game!!
First of all Thanks to Flipkart for their quick service.I received the product within 2 days after ordering.
Regarding the game:Though I played just 3 hours,but I like the gameplay(Story and different modes). Graphics is extraordinary (Its a pleasure to play this 3D compatible game on my Sony Bravia 32 inches LED 3D TV). I like the x-ray view actions and fatality.Different fighting characters are really different in their mode of fighting.I like the fighters.
Online mode: Before buying this game I saw many reviews or youtube videos that there is problem regarding multiplayer (Online mode) on ps3. But I could easily play online Ranked and player matches.It is also very enjoyable.
Those who like fighting games,it is a must buy for them!

Best Mortal Kombat since MK Trilogy!
This game is got to be the best since the MK Trilogy, bringing back the fatalities like they were meant to be, not to mention the classic characters that made MK stand out from other fighting games. I already had the standard edition,..still had to get this one. The gameplay is awesome n there are tons of unlockables. The 4 new characters are amazing too. It was good to have Rain back n Freddy Krueger was a great addition. A must-have game for a night with friends! Glad Flipkart got it after they went out of stock multiple times...!

Awesome Game!!!!!!!
This is the newest installment of mortal kombat series and as far i know it is the one of the best series ever made. You can buy this game without any worry because it is really awesome game

a must buy game
this game is awesome with great graphics and visuals. The good thing is that we get 4 extra characters and 15 skins with kratos (god of war) which only comes with ps3 version. The finishing moves are very awesome they almost looks real. This is a great game, if you are a true gamer then you should go for this.
