I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

good product.. but only of 7.27 GB..... so be careful.
I placed order for this pendrive 4 days back and received today morning.
Good product. good swivel system. but 1 dissappointment is that its size is of only 7.27 GB, whereas 8GB pendrives of other brands have around 7.6GB. So u r losing around 300MB size.
Writing speed is around 7.5 - 8 MBps for copying movies. Its okay as it is USB 2.0. Hav not tried writing pics to this pendrive.(Buy USB 3.0 pendrives only if u hav USB 3.0 ports in ur pc, otherwise its of no use, as the speed will be same as USB 2.0 pendrives)
I bought this pendrive as it was the cheapest in the 8GB segment among reputed brands. But now I see that its price has increased.
So i think u may try some other brands offering usb 3.0 for faster speeds.

Apart from that the memory it has is 7.27GB and speed it around 4-5 MBps but obviously low while transferring many files at once. Decent at this price with nice design and build as locally 8gb flash drives cost around Rs. 450 and 4gb are in this range!

Good product for a small price
Received it today, took 4days, but that's understandable since there was a weekend in between and also the weather is not that good. The product is fine, working as expected for the cheap price it offers. I would love to have a strap included with it to prevent it from being lost but sadly there wasn't one. It looks nice though, and the transfer speeds is also satisfactory. All in all a must buy product if you are looking for a cheap range flash drive.
