About Tarla Dalal
Tarla Dalal was an Indian food writer, chef and best-selling cookbook writer. She is best remembered for hosting the Tarla Dalal Show and the Cook It up with Tarla Dalal show on Sony Television. Mrs. Dalal was awarded the Padma Shri by the Government of India for her work and was also honoured with the title, Woman of the Year, by Indian Merchants' Chamber in 2005. She also published the bi-monthly magazine, Cooking & More. She has written several books, including The Complete Gujarati Cook Book, Know your Flours, Italian Cookbook, Healthy Breakfast and Curries & Kadhis.
