He watches as friends flaunt their wealth -- wealth gained by conning guillible foreigners on the Internet. They call them Mugu: greedy fools. Emma learns quickly, and his snare catches several Mugu including Johan an American. With the monies gained Emma acquires properties, investments and political clout. Efforts to contain the Mugu Hunters fail until Johan's pleadings lead to Morison, an American Intelligence Officer who dedicates himself to rooting out the criminals.
