Multivariate Analysis Of Business Growth

Despite a surge of interest in gender issues, the question of women migration has not seen a systematic study. Every year, thousand of women from West Bengal particularly from Kuch Bihar region migrate to many cities of north India including the Jaipur. The nature and magnitude of flow of population particularly of women population particularly of women population has raised so many demographic imbalances and created social and cultural problems in the city of destination.

Presently he is associate professor in the department and also holding the post of associate proctor in the university of Rajasthan, Jaipur. Padma Jain is a science graduate from university of Rajasthan Jaipur and did post-graduations in EAFM, Economics and Sociology. She did B.Ed. from university of Rajasthan Jaipur and M.Ed from Himachal Pradesh University. She got her Ph.D. degree from University of Rajasthan Jaipur in 2003.
