Nadia's Love

Set in the frozen, war-torn forests of the Soviet Union during World War II, Nadia, Sergei and three-year-old Nadezda flee from the might and fury of the German war machine and their own Red Army. Religious persecution of the Jews brought Sergei and baby Nadezda together during a mission against the German re-supply train from Moscow, and started the journey that would span many countries and countless kilometers. Separated from her husband, Nadia's love conquered the distance between them, comforted them, and saved Sergei and Nadezda from certain death at the hands of their enemies. Together, the family will conquer the forests and their enemies to get to Geneva, Switzerland, and freedom. Hated for being a Jew, Nadezda faces death at every turn, but with the love and special blessings that she possesses, her new family will see her to safety...or die trying.
