P. B. Rathod, (b.1958) has completed his Primary and Seconary Education in Aland Taluka of Gulbarga District (Karnataka). He passed in the tenth standard class from Karnataka University, he obtained Doctorate for his thesis on Development Administration in 1998 from Gulbarga University, Gulbarga.
