Need For Speed : Hot Pursuit

I have played this game many times and completed the single player few months ago but still plays its multiplayer with my friends and the world....this game is so addictive that you just can not stop playing it as a cop or racer...Criterion Games has definitely done a great job in reviving the NFS Most Wanted!

First of all, thanks flipkart for the awesome home delivery. Got my disc within 2 days.

About the game:
Pros:
- Good graphics.
- Good races, a bit difficult to get gold medals in time-trial races.
- Can play as a Cop also.

Cons:
- An average music; only a few (about ~10) tracks are good, the others range from average to pathetic. For a few songs, I felt like they put the songs just for the sake of it. Even some of the crappy NadeemShravan or HimeshReshamiyah tracks would have been better than those. Had to run my own playlist after a few days.
- Lack of a storyline. If you are a big MostWanted fan, you might feel that even a crappy storyline in it would have been fine. Its sometimes boring without any story. But then hey, its a racing game. All one cares about in it is racing, which is good.
- Lacks a variety in races. In older games like most wanted and underground 2, you had so many different types of races. In this game, its just plain racing. Sometimes its a duel, sometimes its a hot pursuit and other times its a time trial.

Overall, a good game. NFS fans must have this in their collection of games.

I usually do not write the reviews, I find it a little odd, but this game deserves a thumps up !!!. and what a game just WOW. The best ever graphics I have ever seen, the only equally graphically comparable game that I can think of is Alan Wake.

I actually started off with NFS MostWanted 2012. It was cool, really cool. I thought NFS put in it's best graphic generation efforts in MW 2012. I later on got HotPursuit 2010. Well obviously being almost 2 years older than MW2012, I was a little skeptical about how game graphics would serve., but boy oh boy this game turned out to be even better than MW2012, even when both the titles are the work of Criterion Games.

The only point that is missing in it is a story line, all you do in it is racing, racing and more racing. You nothing really get the heck of what's going on in the game other than racing. Info as to why they are racing, whom they are racing against etc. But that's pretty much same as that of MW2012.

The only NFS game that goes on with a bit of story line up is NFS RUN, which makes this this game ( NFS RUN) look a little, just a little like GTA titles. Let's leave that point now and turn our attention back to HotPursuit2010.

Like I said it's so full of good, stunning graphics. Scenery are the ones that impressed me the most. I got the game from elsewhere for free, but I am so much impressed by the work of the development team that urges me to buy it and deliver them what they deserve. Well the moment I tried to place the order here, it was already out of stock.

I have GT630m gpu installed in my system, and this game runs like a fluid with it. So if you have a graphic card anywhere near to GT630m or even GT620, 610, you should still be able to play it with medium to high graphic settings. Even intel HD 4000 graphics with sufficient RAM and a good process should be able to play the game for you.

The environmental graphics and detailing of the cars was fantastic!
Every detail, right upto what sound the engine made during ignition of each cars is known distinctly!:D
Eventually when u get tired of all the winning in the offline mode!:P, get your attitude blown to pieces with the insanely competitive multiplayer mode!
The best part about multiplayer mode in this game is that u get different (limited to 8 in one session) players from around the world to play with you any time of the day...so there's always someone to race with!:)
Also all the bounty you win racing various players get's added to your career (offline) mode, which helps in increasing your level!:O
All in All this game is totally worth the money!:)

When I first started playing this game, I didn't liked it a lot because of the repetitive events, hard races and and lots of crashing.... But as I progressed in the game.... more cars unlocked and the cop chases became so amazing that it never felt like leaving the game.... Its multiplayer is fun to play with friends and is really a great game.

Flipkart's delivery is the best and the best site for online shopping in India. I got it within 2 days.

Pros:-Lots of cars, can play as cop and racer, weapon system is great, can free roam,autolog system, wrecking other cars is a lot of fun,shortcuts.

Cons:-Repetitive events, most of the music in the game is not good, races start getting very hard but also get fun, no story line.

My Verdict
One of the Best racing games, just needs a story line and more events.... If you are looking for a good racing game this is for you.
